My name is Clive, and I have been involved in the construction industry for over 20 years. Originally from a practical background, having served an apprenticeship in bricklaying.

Over the years, I have been very fortunate to have gained a vast spectrum of experience ranging from new builds, and structural alterations, to refurbishment of conservation and listed buildings. As a surveyor, having this practical knowledge of how building parts come together has been invaluable and assists my building pathology in determining a property defect.
