SURVEYS AND VALUATIONS

Level 2 - Home Buyers Surveys

Is an intermediate level service provided for the more modern or conventional constructed property. If the property has been structurally altered, extended, or reconfigured, then a level 3 building survey is  more appropriate. A thorough inspection of the property includes both the internal and external of the building. The boundaries and outbuildings are also inspected for defects. A valuation can be had at an additional cost.

Level 3 – Building Surveys

Formally known as a structural survey, is the most comprehensive condition survey available. Generally, this survey is aimed towards properties that are pre-1930s or buildings that have been altered, reconfigured, and extended over the years. This report covers structural movement and will give sound advice on repairs and recommendations.

Property Valuations

Is a professional assessment of the market value of a property. It considers how the property was built, the year, its size, its location and overall condition. Then this value is compared to similar properties recently sold.

Damp Surveys

Is a detailed site inspection using a range of market-leading equipment to determine the most probable cause of damp and condensation in a property.

Snagging Surveys

Is for new build properties. It is well documented that new build homes can generate a snagging list of between 50-150 issues.
