Are you looking for a building surveyor with a deep understanding of local properties? Look no further; you are in the right place…

If you are thinking of buying a property, which for most is the biggest purchase of a lifetime, we carry out a range of services to help you identify any defect that might reduce its value.

A condition survey of the property should be considered. For modern properties, this tends to be a RICS level 2; for more complex and older buildings, a level 3 building survey.

If you have concerns about structural cracking or movement of the property, then we can compile a report dedicated to that area. We also provide cavity wall inspection that give concise diagnostics on cavity wall tie failure and retrofit cavity wall insulation. (Check our full range of services)

POPULAR SERVICES

Level 2 - Home Buyers Surveys

Is an intermediate level service provided for the more modern or conventional constructed property. If the property has been structurally altered, extended, or reconfigured, then a level 3 building survey is likely more appropriate. A thorough inspection of the property includes both the internal and external of the building. The boundaries and outbuildings are also inspected for defects. A valuation can be provided at an additional cost.

Level 3 – Building Surveys

Formally known as a structural survey, is the most comprehensive condition survey available. Generally, this survey is aimed towards properties that are pre-1930s or buildings that have been altered, reconfigured, and extended over the years. This report covers structural movement and will give sound advice on repairs and recommendations.
